Vitamin deficiencies

Each vitamin helps the body in performing one or more vital processes. Vitamin A is very vital in the formation of bone and tissues and in keeping the skin smooth. Vitamin D is very important for children. The common disease seen in kids is Rickets, which is caused by Vitamin D deficiency. Direct sunlight is a natural source of vitamins.
