Genetics

Actually genetics is a very vast subject or area of study. Genetics are quite helpful in studying the cause of diseases , confirming the identity of a person , predicting the probable diseases a man can develop or be affected by in future . Every person or animal derives genes from its parents. And that is why chemical spills and nuclear radiations are known to affect people for many generations. The nuclear bombs dropped in Hiroshima and the disastrous accident at Chernobyl have shown their effects on children of this generation too. These effects are due to the passing on of affected genes by parents and ancestors to the newly born babies. And unfortunately the medical field has not improved enough to alter the genes of a newly born. Such genetic disorders include mental disorders and other physical challenges.
