Water! Water!

Water constitutes 3/4th of out body mass which we all know. But how important is water to our health.Water is very important for the functioning of the body. Water helps in removing the waste or toxins from your body . It is just like flushing out unwanted materials from your body. The more water you take the more you urinate. So the wastes you push out of your body. Doctors advise common man to drink two litres of water in empty stomach early in the morning. This can make the whole body metabolism work perfectly and without any problems. This is actually being followed by yoga practitioners in India,where yoga is believed to have taken birth. Thus water has many such important uses and hence we need to consume a lot of water.
