False alarm

Raising a false alarm is a major problem not only to you but also to your security provider. It is always better to educate the whole family about the usage of the alarm system since the major reason behind false alarms is user errors. False alarms are also caused by poor design of security system. So when I installed a security system for my home safety, I called people from ADT to install the security system and also made sure they were in my place when all the members of my family were present and free. All of us sat together and listened to the guy from ADT who explained to us how the system will function and also told us what to do in case of emergency and other operating details. So knowing the equipment is really important to avoid false alarms. You need to make sure every single person in the household knows to operate the system properly.
