Simple stress busters

Stress busters are activities that can help you tackle stress in an effective manner. One best way to tackle stress is to hang out with friends every now and then whenever you find time amidst you busy work schedule. It would also be a nice idea if you can take your family for a short trip during the weekend to a nearby shore city and enjoy the natural environment which would be quite a drastic change from your office environment. If you have no time at all to do these things, the best way to drive away stress is to do some yoga every day. Just five minutes of an aasana can do wonders according to yoga specialists. Green vegetables!

Why do doctors insist so much on the inclusion of green vegetables in your daily diet? This question would have struck many people but most of them would have followed the doctor’s advice without learning the reason for it. I was also advised by my medic to take a lot of green vegetables in my diet. I asked him why and he said “I list all its benefits in one day! You better read it yourself!”. So I decided to learn it from the internet. After going through several websites I thought what the doctor said was completely true. Green vegetables can do you so much good when you add them to your diet and their benefits are innumerable. I will list a few here. First most green vegetables are rich sources of minerals much needed for health. They get easily digested when compared to meat. They have very little carbohydrates in them which make them very easy to digest and their impact on blood glucose is very less. I will list more benefits in my future posts!

Is fashion achievable only at the expense of health?
This is one question that has loomed over young models and normal people who like to align themselves with the latest trends. For instance in one of my previous posts I had mentioned about the size zero phenomenon. Such things are impossible to attain in a healthy manner and in fact my point is they do not deserve a try! It is such a stupid phenomenon which can easily put a body into tremendous stress within days and push a man to the verge of death. But if you are a person who is trying to reduce your weight to a reasonable amount in order to wear the latest trendy clothes and look good, I would certainly say you have healthy ways to achieve your goal. You need not take weight reduction pills but a proper diet plan worked out by your dietician can do wonders for your cause! Like wise for most of your reasonable aspirations associated with aligning yourself with the latest trends, you have perfect natural solutions!
