Make up


It is actually known to everyone that using a lot of chemicals on skin leads to cell damage and hence early wrinkling of skin and in certain cases even permanent blisters and marks on the skin. But still people resort to apply such creams and chemicals on skin to look beautiful. A person’s personality is not only estimated by his/her looks but also their way of speaking, the way they interact with others, their efficiency in work etc. So a person who may not be happy with his/her appearance should make it a point to improve his personality by improving other characteristics wherever possible. These creams can and should be used only when it is extremely necessary like when acting in films, ads etc or when attending important meetings or functions. So it is always better to avoid the use of beauty creams to the maximum extent.

Protein rich food???

As I have already mentioned, proteins are extremely important for several functions to take place inside the human body and while choosing the protein rich food to be included in your diet , there are several factors to be taken into account. Proteins are available in both meat and vegetables and have the same effects in most cases. But what needs to be taken into account is what comes along with the proteins. For example six ounce of broiled mutton gives 38 grams worth of protein. It seems to be a great source of protein but underlying problem is that it also contributes 44 grams of fat in which 16 of them are saturated. It is more than double the amount of recommended intake of saturated fat. In comparison salmon fish gives you same amount of protein but lesser fat. Same way vegetables are also better in the sense they provide more proteins but lesser fat.

Water! Water!

Water constitutes 3/4th of out body mass which we all know. But how important is water to our health.Water is very important for the functioning of the body. Water helps in removing the waste or toxins from your body . It is just like flushing out unwanted materials from your body. The more water you take the more you urinate. So the wastes you push out of your body. Doctors advise common man to drink two litres of water in empty stomach early in the morning. This can make the whole body metabolism work perfectly and without any problems. This is actually being followed by yoga practitioners in India,where yoga is believed to have taken birth. Thus water has many such important uses and hence we need to consume a lot of water.
